Terms of Service

The agreement between your business and BrightLabs Infrasoft Solutions Pvt. Ltd. for using Keetu.

Last updated 5 August 2026

Who this is between

“Keetu” is the software described on this site, provided by BrightLabs Infrasoft Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad, Telangana, India. “You” is the business that holds the account. By creating an account you accept these terms, and you confirm you are authorised to accept them for that business.

Your account

One account belongs to one business. You are responsible for what happens under your logins, including any you create for staff, and for keeping them out of the wrong hands.

A login shared by a whole floor should be created as a terminal login — that is what it is for, and it does not consume a billed seat. Sharing an owner or manager password instead is against these terms and puts your books at risk.

What you pay

  • ₹299 per month for each user who signs in. Terminal logins are free.
  • A free tier: one product and up to 2 users, with no card taken.
  • ₹35 per month for each employee you run payroll for. Staff tracked only for attendance are not billed.

Prices are exclusive of GST and shown in Indian Rupees. Your bill is calculated from what your account actually holds at the time of billing; you can see the same figure inside Keetu under Plan & modules, and work it out beforehand on our pricing page.

Adding a user or switching on a pack changes your bill from that point. We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before changing published prices for an existing account.

Trial, cancellation and what happens to your data

New accounts start on a free trial with no card required. You can cancel at any time from inside Keetu; billing stops at the end of the period you have paid for, and you keep access until then. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for what is refundable.

Your data stays yours. Export it before you leave — invoices and transactions to CSV, accounting and GST through the Partner API — or ask us and we will help. We keep it for 90 days after closure in case you come back, then delete it apart from records the law requires us to retain.

What we are responsible for

Keeping Keetu available, keeping your data in India, backing it up, and fixing faults we are told about. We are not currently offering a contractual uptime guarantee; if that changes we will say so here rather than quietly.

Keetu is a tool for recording your business, not a substitute for professional advice. The GST and accounting figures it produces come from what you and your counter entered. Check them, and have your CA check them, before you file anything.

What you are responsible for

  • That the data you enter is accurate, and that you may lawfully hold your customers' details and message them.
  • Complying with the tax, labour and consumer law that applies to your business.
  • Not using Keetu to send unsolicited messages, to break the law, or to attack or overload the service.
  • Anything done through an API key you generate — including by a CA or third-party system you give one to.

Suspension

We may suspend an account that is not paid, that is being used to send spam, or that is putting the service or other businesses at risk. Except where the risk is immediate we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, our total liability in connection with Keetu is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms; material changes are notified to account owners by email and the date above is updated. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad have jurisdiction.
