The awkward questions
I have 12 staff. Am I paying for 12 users?
No. You pay for logins, and most of your floor doesn't need one. A shared till login costs nothing, and staff who only appear in attendance and payroll are records, not users. A typical restaurant bills 2–3 seats.
Why is payroll priced per employee instead of per user?
Because that's what it scales with. Payroll for forty staff is used by one person — charging per user would bill you for one seat while doing forty employees' worth of work. Per employee is honest in both directions, and it drops to zero in a month you don't run payroll here.
Do I pay more for using more apps?
No. All 6 products are included at the same price. Opening Campaigns or Stock for the first time costs nothing — the only two numbers on your bill are logins and payroll headcount.
What if I run two counters — a shop and a kitchen?
One account, one bill, one customer base. A second counter doesn't cost a second subscription, and your stock ledger is shared across both. Adding a counter makes the first one better, not more expensive.
What happens if I stop paying?
You keep reading everything you ever recorded. Writes stop, reads don't — your day book and history stay open, because a business must never lose sight of its own numbers.
